No smoking!

I was in Target tonight to get a necessity of chocolate ice cream (ended up getting Double Chocolate Brownie) and saw that since this weekend is Memorial Day weekend and the unofficial start of summer that there were fireworks on display. But attached to the endcaps where these fireworks were located were big signs that said "NO SMOKING." Now, since we're inside a store, isn't that kind of redundant since you shouldn't be smoking anyways in Target?
