Why is even the good news bad news?

So I just got back from the dentist. Just a routine cleaning, no biggie. Well when Dr Ankoviak came back to look over my teeth I told him that back in April I'd felt pressure on the lower right that felt like a tooth coming in. He looked around in my mouth, looked at the xrays and then told me that he had good and bad news. The good news was that I was right, it was a tooth coming in. The bad news, it's my wisdom teeth coming in and there's not enough room in my mouth for them. Joy. Now I get to make an appointment to get even more teeth yanked out of my head
