Slow

It's been insanely slow at work the past few days, mainly because, who wants to get lab work done before Christmas and they are trying to discharge as many patients as possible for Christmas. So there's very little to do and many of us there to do it. So it comes down to who can kill the boredom the best. The things we sit around talking about, what sporting event we can find on TV, what books and magazines we're reading. And then I daydream about him. How it seems like such a waste of my time to be there when I could be with him instead. And now tomorrow he's leaving for the weekend to go to Missouri. *sigh* I miss him already
