What the hell is wrong with customer service nowadays?

Seriously. I was at Target with my mom today and I had on a shirt that I had gotten for my birthday that says Gemini across it. It's a cute shirt and I like it. As we check out the cashier sees my shirt and proceeds to tell me that I have issues because I'm a gemini. And then goes on and talks about her boyfriend problems. Um HELLO!!! I don't give a rat's ass. Whatever happened to "Hi how are you today? Did you find everything that you needed?"

And why did I need to take an 80 question test to apply to work at Taco Bell? And is it bad of me to think that working at a place like Taco Bell is beneath me when there's not much else out there?
