Sometimes you just have days that make you realize how special and precious life is. I was talking to Cara tonight about going to see Jars over Thanksgiving break and she told me that her kidney rejected over the weekend. She's not even 20 years old yet. I can't imagine being that young and already having had one kidney transplant and then having that transplant fail. All I have to say is that Cara has some amazing strength and faith. I couldn't do it if I was her, going through kidney failure once and then having the transplant fail and have to wait for another kidney and be so young. I really admire her strength.
